What is Regulars?
Regulars is a digital loyalty platform that helps cafés launch loyalty clubs using Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Members earn stamps and rewards by visiting participating cafés.
How do I add my loyalty card to my wallet?
After signing up at a participating café, you'll receive a link or QR code to add your loyalty card directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Simply tap the link or scan the code and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I earn stamps?
Present your digital loyalty card at a participating café when you make a purchase. The café will scan your card or tap your phone to register your visit and add a stamp.
How do I redeem my reward?
Once you've collected the required number of stamps, your card will automatically update to show your reward is ready. Present your card at the café to redeem it.
My loyalty card isn't showing in my wallet
Try the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of iOS or Android installed.
- Check that Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is enabled on your device.
- Try re-adding the card using the original link or QR code you received.
- Restart your device and check again.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@getregulars.com.
My stamps or rewards aren't updating
Stamp and reward updates may take a few moments to appear on your card. If your card hasn't updated after a few minutes:
- Ensure you have an active internet connection.
- Open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and pull down to refresh.
- If the issue continues, reach out to us at support@getregulars.com with the name of the café and approximate time of your visit.
How do I remove my loyalty card?
To remove a loyalty card, open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, select the card, tap the menu or info button, and choose “Remove Pass.” Please note this action cannot be undone — you would need to re-register at the café to get a new card.
Can I use my loyalty card on multiple devices?
Your loyalty card is tied to the wallet on the device where it was added. If you switch devices, you may need to re-add the card. Contact the café or our support team if you need help transferring your progress.
